OUR STORY

H3C, a minority, female owned small business enterprise. A collaborative human capital consortium that began as a result of four senior level human resources professionals deciding to pull together their talent, resources and years of expert experience across vast industries in human resources. Already individual business owners, the idea of working together to impact even greater numbers of individuals in the workplace via government contracting and the commercial space was an irresistible opportunity.

With so many demands on public and private sector organizations to provide more with less, their intention, to be a premier partner for Government entities and commercial organizations. Helping them navigate through the changing human resource requirements, provide the best methods for utilization of our ongoing changing workforce and leverage technology to the fullest in the world of human capital management.

At H3C our goal is simple.
“DELIVER INNOVATIVE AND SUSTAINABLE HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, INSPIRING IMPACTFUL CHANGE WITHIN ORGANIZATIONS WHILE EXCEEDING OUR CLIENTS EXPECTATIONS.”

Collaboration – Because we believe in thriving together with our Clients and Partners collaboration is essential. As a team we listen and evolve together, help, and support each other for the sake of a collective goal. The results of collaborative work are measurable in how we optimize our business operations and accelerate growth

Innovation – We believe that turning an idea into a solution that adds value from a customer’s perspective is our definition of innovation.

Transparency – embodies honesty and open communication with others and oneself because to be transparent someone must be willing to share information when it is uncomfortable to do so.
